Extra Space Storage

I have been in the climate control building on this property since it was built. there have been two previous owners. the first owner kept the building in relatively decent repair. The second owner did not. There were several issues that took forever to resolve. not on the part of the workers, on the part of the owners. This new owner has cleaned the place up and now its really clean. even the doors to the units are clean. a great improvement and less dust in your unit. 
The Two guys who work here, dave and corey are really good. if you tell them there's something wrong, they come out and fix it immediately. they are always pleasant and professional. Also, now you can reach them by phone in an emergency or even just with an important problem. With the other two owners, especially the last one, it was almost impossible to reach anyone. 
Now, they close the big metal gate earlier so there is more security on the property. 
I do however, hope they do not raise the rent. The other company raised it 3 times in two years. not a good thing. 
Overall, there has been a vast improvement here.

Easy to access unit and well lit. The facility is clean and is kept at a reasonable temperature.

Organized, professional, courteous, friendly and prompt. Accessible to answer questions on the phone or in person. The facility is immaculate. Reasonable rates. Employee lives on the premises for added security. I highly recommend this company.

The facility was nice and the paper work was all digital. To get the best deal reserve via their website instead of on the phone or in person.

43The rented storage space was clean, safe, and well lighted. The staff was exceptional and very helpful and efficient. I will recommend this storage company to all my friends. Just one thing...to get there I had to navigate Ashley-Phosphate Road...not easy for a new resident in a 91 Chevy Van. Try to avoid the 5PM rush hour if you travel that way to get to Old Trolley Road.

We are very happy with Extra Space Storage facility. The cost was a special for the first month it was $20 if you have AAA and $10 for insurance and we took the minimum to cover only $1000. The price goes to the regular price of $200 after the first month. We will only be there 4 weeks. The Extra Space Storage employee, a lady was very helpful and professional. The facility is climate controlled and it has great security. Everything went very smoothly because she gave us all the information we needed. They also have all the amenities to help you move your stuff into the storage compartment. If the need for storage comes up again we will definitely go back there!

My experience with Extra Space met my expectations.

They are absolutely fabulous. They have been very accommodating. I am moving my things into a smaller unit, and they helped me with that. Because I am getting rid of some things I have decided to donate to Habitat for Humanity, they said they would store those things in an empty storage unit until they could be picked up. It is refreshing in today’s society to find a company that is so service-oriented. They really step up to the plate, and I couldn’t be happier with them. The four story building on Glen McConnell Parkway is built solidly and clean as a whistle. It is also temperature controlled.
