I called Craig to tell him that one of my tenants had called me to let me know that whenever she turned on her oven, the breaker would snap out. Craig went over there that day and before she had to go to work. He fixed the problem pronto. Later, on in the week, the same tenant had another breaker snap out on her when she turned on the dryer. Again, Craig went over there that day and told me that there was just a loose wire so he tightened it up. Didn't charge me! He is a good, hard-working person that I have used for a couple of years now. He is always on time, honest, good prices, and is willing to work around your schedule.

Mr. Ilgen is always prompt, very friendly, and in our case, goes above and beyond in accomodating the sometimes odd situations found in an historic structure.... and in our office, shoddy workmanship left by the initial electrical contractor. He is very fair and defintiely the only person we call when it involves electricity.
