Elaine Brabham was my property manager for several years. During that time I was deceived into believing she and her company were actually managing my property. Instead I learned that she was simply taking my money and completely ignoring my interests. She placed a tenant in my house that she represented as a quality individual but as it turns out they were never vetted by EBA. Had she done a simple credit check and followed up on easily accessible information available online she would have found that the person she allowed to live in my house was a con artist and total scum bag. Once she allowed him to rent my house she then allowed him to run an illegal business out of my property and cause over $20k in damages and illegal modifications. To top it off when we discovered the numerous safety and health code violations in the house Elaine attempted to pressure me to put tenants into the house who had agreed to rent it sight unseen thus putting those individuals in danger and me in a potential legal pickle. But what did she care...she's an unethical agent that was clearly interested in her pay day and nothing else. When it was all said and done, the horrible tenants ran off and left my once beautiful home in shambles, and I was holding the bills to repair the property ad the legal nightmare that went with it...WHY? Because Elaine Brabham said the house and all the headaches caused by her gross negligence wasn't her problem. Don't entrust her with your home and I wouldn't rent from her either. Frankly I wouldn't trust her with anything based on my horrendous experience. BEWARE OF ELAINE BRABHAM AND ASSOCIATES!!
