Everything throughout the whole process went great. The crew was on time and performed all the work in three days. Douglas has been laying floors for over 40 years. He is very knowledgable and does a great job overseeing his crew. The guys work quickly and clean up as the go. When they finished they left the house spotless. I will use them for any of my flooring needs in the future.

It was confirmed that they had the appropriate pad, that the pad was ordered and due in the following week. After a month of calling several times each week, I called another provider that took care of the issue in a days time. I would not ever refer them or attempt to use their services again.

They were very good. They were competitively priced. They kept the schedule. They were very professional with what they did. It was luxury vinyl tile. Tile with stone. A new process and they were very proficient at it.

Excellent service! The whole process--selection through installation--took far less time than I anticipated, and I was more than pleased with the results. I had looked at other stores, and this was the only place that seemed truly interested in helping me select a carpet. They also gave me good advice regarding the type of carpet that would work best on my porch.
