GREAT! HE WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY. I WATCHED AND HE REPLACED THE BOOTS AND THE SHINGLES AROUND THE BOOTS THEN SEALED AN ADDITIONAL VENT. HE CALLED ME BACK THE DAY I ASK FOR ESTIMATE AND HE CAME THE SAME DAY. I CAN SAY THAT HE SAVED ME BUNCHES OF BUCKS. THE BOOTS WERE LEAKING ONTO A INTERIOR HIDDED WALL AND RUNNING DOWN UNDER A ENGENEERED WOOD FLOOR. HE MINIMIZED THE DAMAGE TO THE FLOOR. DID NOT EVEN IT WAS HAPPENING UNTIL AFTER HE FIXEDIT. IT HAD RAINED A FEW DAYS BEFORE IT WAS FIXED SO THE FLOOR DID NOT BULGE UNTIL AFTER IT WAS FIXED SO I SAY HE SAVED THE WHOLE FLOOR.
