Buyer beware - Paid $250 for some wasp removal. The tech came out, was prompt and courteous, and did a good job. He promised to return if the wasps came back - which they sometimes do if all the pheromones are not removed. Two nests did start to reoccur within 10 days and I called the tech on his card as instructed. He said he'd come back by and never did. I had to reach out again and now the tech says its $150... Maybe they are better with other insects but if you have wasps I'd consider Orkin or other options in the Charleston area.

I have been seeing roaches for 3 months. I recently moved into an apartment and Dodson was to come out and spray; however, 3 months later, I have been seeing an exacerbation.  I have found their services to be inadequate.  They left a card but there was no contact information.  I know about pest control given that I have relatives in the business.  They did not detail where they sprayed or how they sprayed. I contacted management to see where they spray and if I should remove everything from the kitchen cabinets and furniture from the wall so that they can adequately treat.  So I have gone from seeing a roach on move in day to killing roaches everyday since when I get off from work. I do not have a nasty home.  3 months later the problem still exists. I say avoid these folks all together. I have had to enlist the services of another provider to eradicate what should have been an easy job.  Also, the last visit, they left my refrigerator out of play and left a note to clean up bugs as if I did not know to clean up any dead bugs that may present.
