They spent one day and came back with the problem being a battery cable. Charged $100 to replace a battery cable and sent me on my way. That evening the car shut down again. Had the vehicle towed back to Dinkins.I asked over and over about analyzing the computer and the response was they had but found nothing. They said let us keep the car and work on it.
At the end of the day the car was not fixed and kept shutting down at the garage while running in the parking lot.
I went to a parts store and purchased a new computer. We installed it in the parking
lot and the problem was fixed. After never fixing anything but a battery cable, Dinkins charged $500 labor for there inability to solve a simple problem. I paid for the computer that did fix the problem and got stuck with the labor charges.Licensing
