Norm was incredibly accommodating and generous with his time as he attempted to salvage files from my damaged PC hard drive. My job was relatively small compared to some of his larger corporate clients, however, he gave me 100% of his time and attention. As it turned out, my hard disk required additional attention so Norm was able to connect me with a trusted colleague who was able to complete the job that day.  Not only that, but Norm delivered my hard drive directly to that provider to save me the additional time and coordination. And he was incredibly kind to do this evaluation and coordination for me at no charge, understanding that I would need to pay the second technician for his work as well.
I can confidently recommend Norm Delson on Angie's List and will be referring him to my friends and colleagues as well. He is truly one of the good guys and I am certain that he will be my first call the next time I need help with a computer.
