John did a wonderful job on fixing an opening in the a-line on our roof on short notice. His price was extremely affordable and fair in comparison to other estimates we got. His work is quality and holds up over time. He's fixed 2 different things on our roof now and we would definitely call him the next time we need him!

John Deaville is my go-to guy for any roofing need. He did a great job for me a few years ago on a partial roof replacement on my home. Just recently needed a diagnosis and repair on another section of my home's roof. He came promptly, found the problem, and quickly repaired the leak. And he could not have been more reasonable. John Deaville construction repaired my deck! We replaced pressurized treated wood (that had rotted) with Trex Select. He and his associates did a beautiful job of giving me a new foundation & deck floor. The price was right & the service of repair exceptional. We had to tweak the contract some, he was honest and easy to work with! To say I am pleased is an understatement….I love my new deck!!

We solicited quotes from 3 vendors. We chose Deaville Roofing because his price was in-line with others and, more importantly, he offered to be available when the Insurance adjuster came and to assist us with any roofing related questions that may arise during the visit. As homeowners who have only submitted one other insurance claim in a 25 year period, this was an offer we couldn't refuse. Mr. Deaville did facilitate communications with our insurance adjuster, as promised. In addition, his knowledge of the insurance process was very helpful. HIs company also did an excellent and swift job with the roof, including protecting my plants and cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend his company for your roofing needs.

Did not respond initially to the request. Called back finally after I called several times and left voicemails. Gave me a time but did not show up. I left another message and he said they are very busy and he will come the next day and did not show again!! At least they should have the courtesy of informing customers when they are not going to show. Very unprofessional.

no show, reschedule, no show, reschedule, no show - and never a call back. Called a different roofer, he was there within hours, did the repair for $150 LESS than Deaville quoted. He - NOT Deaville - will be my roofing contractor this fall when i install a new roof.

Excellent! Another roofing contractor gave me an estimate of $1750 for what appeared to be cosmetic improvements while not addressing the area of the leak (I don't believe leaks go sideways!). John Deaville took five minutes to find the leak and it's cause, a few minutes to make the minor repair, and did not charge me. When I asked him about the need for a roof replacement, he assured me that there was still plenty of life in my current roof, that it was in excellent shape. I would highly recommend giving John a call for any roofing and gutter needs :-)
