•  initially i thought the job was done fine, it looked great for

about 2 months, soon the grout started cracking, the tile started
breaking, there were cracks in the shower floor and the plumber he
brought in, brought his own slew of problems, when requested he fix the
problems, there were excuses after excuses, to the point where we even
had to pay him gas money so he could come fix what he should already
have been fixing, then we noticed there was a leak, for 1 whole year we
tried to get him to come and fix the problem, due to his negligence we
have major water damage that we have to pay to get fixed, we are very upset with his work,
because of him, we have to pay someone to fix his mistakes, and in
essence pay twice for something that we should have only had to pay for
once, also due to his rushing, he caused other damages that i have to repair myself, ie. cracked window frame, door dropped on my bed and scratched up frame, etc.

The wife and I were very impressed and very pleased with the quality of his work and will be using him again for future jobs. It took Dean three days to complete the job from start to finish. He showed up each day as promised and methodically completed the job. Where necessary, he sealed cracks found in the foundation. Additionally, Dean was found to be very resourceful and recommended us to a plumber to help resolve an issue with a cracked part to the toilet in the guest bathroom. Dean cleans up after himself as he goes along and left nothing for us to clean up.

We provided all of our own materials, including tile, quickset, and quarter round wood. The amount spent on the job was labor only.
