If you’re reading this and trying to decide which company to call, look no further. Kenneth is THE hvac man for Charleston. He is leaps and bounds more professional, timely, and responsive than the other company we recently used and fired. He thoroughly explains everything he’s doing where it makes sense to an untrained person, and thoroughly answers all questions. Don’t make a mistake and call someone else!

We contacted Customer's Preference and Kenneth was at our home with in an hour even though we told him the next day was satisfactory. He has a great demeanor and is knowledgeable. He provided us with several quotes for our replacement project. The only reason we did not use his company was because we chose different equipment. I would highly recommend him if your choice us Carrier or Goodman.
