I had my carpet replaced by Costco about a year and a half ago and they were excellent. It was so good. Not only did they send the designer out to the house to meet with us and take the measurements, they also sent their installation team out and he repeated all of the measurements so that he could do a lot of the cutting and thinning at his shop before they came out to install the carpet so the whole carpet was put into the whole house in about six hours.

They were professional, they were wonderful. The carpet was of excellent quality. It has a lifetime stain guarantee on it and I just couldn't be happier with their service. I just did shop around at various carpet stores and with the Costco experience, the carpet was less expensive and their service was beyond reproach. Anytime I can use a Costco service, I will. The service was about $5,000. I would absolutely use them again.

They are very, very accommodating. They know what they are doing. They won’t give you a rough time. I switch from an EENT to Costco because it was always like they’ll leave it here. They get back to you in a week and you couldn’t hear for a week. For Costco, you just walk-in. I have a problem. They fix it on the spot. There’s no waiting. They wouldn’t even make you wait that long. The service didn’t cost me anything. The cost of the hearing aid is half of what it is in the EENT place.

The annual membership costs are more than covered by the annual refund check for purchases (our $110 executive membership has an annual rebate). The purchase refund policy at Costco is rock solid; you don't like it you take it back. No questions asked. You cannot find a more friendly and cooperative staff at any store, period. Costco employees are happy, helpful, and universally cooperative. I have heard that Costco does their employees well and it shows. Our only issue is this is a truly impulse buying sort of place. You need to visit regularly to "discover" new items and you get this 'need it' mentality. When it comes to electronics, home hardware, groceries, and even clothing, Costco offers a solid selection that has never let us down.

They did a fantastic job. I got a better quality grade of pad and carpet than I would of gotten at home depot or lowes. As long as I have it cleaned once a year I have a lifetime gurantee on the carpet.

There was nothing that I disliked. They have been very good to work with. They gave me a very good price. Their follow-up service has been excellent. They are easy to work with and have quality products. They are willing to assist me whenever I need a help.

Costco is always excellent. They provide quick service, stand behind their product and their prices are good. They are extremely professional and responsive. I have been buying my tires from Costco since they opened 8 years ago and will not go anywhere else.

Took my prescription there to try them out. Was very happy with my glasses and the fitters were very nice. I went back once to get them refit (I must have sat on them or something) and the gal that helped me was very friendly.

Everything has gone very well. They are convenient, and I will continue to use them.

Their prices are better then most places. They are also very fast. I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.
