I am frustrated with them. I did not have any problem with them when they came by but then there was another problem after that; it took one problem after the other but it was not like one guy came out and messed things up. It did not cost me anything because I have a monthly service contract. They came when they said they would come and got it fixed but then a week later some other problem arose. It has just been a lot of difficulties. I would avoid them if I could.
