Wood Flooring Refinish
After interviewing 4 reputable Flooring companies, I was immediately certain that Traci and Collin were the best choice for our particular needs. A 16 year- old heart pine floor downstairs had already been refinished upon our move-in 7 years ago. However a kitchen remodel exposed significant areas of never-refinished wood which could not be matched to existing floors. The only option was a 2nd go-round---with attention to preserving the floor's integrity. The team at CMH custom-mixed a beautiful, modern "Cypress" stain; about 6 floorboards were fully replaced. Traci procured a small bundle (+$800) so that in our finished result the new h.p. boards blended seamlessly. Though the golden and reddish brown hues of heart pine felt appealing in a previous home, this stain created a clean look that modernized and brightened the entire first floor of our home! CMH returned a couple months later to match up floor treads on a 2-story stairway. A major reason for 5 stars: Showing up when dates are set, returning to tweak grooves that needed a filler, and overall cost--which was mid-range among the 4 I obtained. Traci is a wonderful, friendly and professional coordinator/estimator for CMH. Collin is highly skilled and quick to respond during the process.

We purchased a fixer-upper, and CMH was recommended by our realtor. They removed existing flooring and installed new hardwood and tile throughout our home. Colin and Traci were consummate professionals during the entire process. They coordinated their activities with our general contractor and us, were responsive throughout, and were always reliable. CMH actively participated in problem-solving when there were schedule changes. We had a couple of supplier issues that CMH handled more than fairly, and we would recommend them to anyone.

They came at 8:20am and didnâ t leave until they were done at 6:10pm. They were very hard workers and polite. They cleaned up after themselves and I would use them again if I have more flooring to be done

Laminate Wood or Stone Flooring - Install
Has yet to finish the job! I have text messages, pictures, and documentation that show he was suppose to be finished by now, yet I'm still waiting. Hole still in my wall he hasn't fixed, second toilet wasn't installled and I had to pay someone else to install it, and he said he would reimburse me, still waiting. DO NOT PAY he before you personally inspect and verify that the job was completed as required.

You can't go wrong hiring this company. I live in Michigan and needed flooring for a home in Charleston SC. Upon visiting the area, they met with me and coordinated everything. When I went to pick out flooring at the store, the salesman even knew Traci and Collin and said how good they were to work with.

Owner was very professional yet easy to talk too. Collin was knowledgeable about all aspects of flooring and gave us realistic ideas of what we could do. We chose bamboo flooring to go over our tile floors, it came out spectacular. Local company starts with Lumber said we would have to pour 1 inch of liquid leveling compound over tile or rip out tile ridiculous!!! Collin said just use a good pad it will come out great and it did! Thanks CMH flooring will recommend to family & friends!

What a GREAT company! From the quote to the finished job, they were EXCELLENT!! If I could give them more that 5, I would in a heartbeat! Our floors turned out GORGEOUS, there were no surprises when it came to cost, they showed up on time, finished when they said they would and walked/talked us through every step. They damaged our wallpaper in 4 places. We have no more wallpaper to repair it. Have to hire someone to remove the wall paper and pay them - another expense! CMH Flooring manager is coming tonight to look at the damage.
