Mr. Clontz is the quintessential PRO! His work is outstanding and his prices are moderate. He is willing to spend the time to
educate the client about various products, research products in which the client has interest, and bring to bear his past experience
to help the client select the right products.
Recently, Mr. Clontz assisted me with the identification and installation of a water pump to circulate hot water from the heater throughout my home. I can't believe that more people do not do this installation! In about 2 hours, Mr. Clontz hooked up the pump, tested the system, and to my absolute delight, I now have hot water at the sink/shower furthest from the tank in about 12-15 seconds! Prior to this installation, I was waiting between 60-90 seconds (wasting 5-8 gallons of water) for warm water to arrive at the sink. This pump not only saves on water, but alleviates the aggravation of a fairly long wait to shower, etc.
Prior to this work Mr. Clontz installed three new toilets for me. This installation was nearly perfect and when I had a slight leak, he returned promptly to cure the problem...in the toilet that was leaking and also the ones that were not leaking to PREVENT a future problem. Wow!
I cannot speak highly enough of Mr. Clontz. He is an expert in his field, pays attention to keeping his work area clean, and stands by his estimates. He is prompt and reliable...he comes on the date and time he says he'll be there...in fact, he is usually early!
