Did thorough research on type of window. Gave me an estimate and called me to schedule an appointment when the parts came in. Preformed the work in the timeframe as promised and for the estimate given which was 1/2 the cost quoted by the dealership.

An Honest** Mechanic!!
As a young female student, I am usually weary of mechanics, as I've had many bad experiences. I'm so happy to have found John, at Citadel Auto, as he has only been honest and, being so, a proper businessman. He seems to truly understand the importance of retaining business (and surely acquiring new business) through honesty and looking out for his clientele- sadly so hard to find these days. John will not let me pay for anything I do not need at the moment; he tells me when those things will be needed and gives time to save the money to fix things; he is honest about pricing, going through all pricing options; John did not charge me to look at my car recently, although Firestone would have replaced a fairly expensive part without even checking to see if I needed it!; finally, John is very happy to help his customers by phone, even after hours and very kindly took the time out to call and check on how my car was running!
Exceptional service, very customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and passionate about his business. I hope others who have had trouble finding a good mechanic come across this review- this is the guy to entrust with your car. He also specializes in electrical issues.
