 + -1 moreI saw that Charleston SC House Buyers was probably the only local house buyer that has been in business since 2003. So, I felt good knowing they've been around a long time and that they were local to Charleston. They did what they said they would and they bought my house in a couple weeks with cash at the closing. It went better than I could have expected. I just wish I knew about them before I actually found them. It would've saved me even more time. All they asked for was a little information about my property on [*** Link removed ***] and they sent me a good offer for my house. You can call them at (843) 553-5005... I'd recommend them.
