Several months ago, one of our cats knocked over a brass floor lamp and broke the arm off. The people at Charleston Lamp Company were able to fix it and only charged 15$. Recently, I bought a secondhand pendant lamp that was missing several parts. Though I didn't know the correct terminology, they patiently explained what the parts were and what I needed. They had the parts I needed in several colors (white - 10$) and could order other colors.
