Chris Facello is a great realtor and found us a house that well suited our needs, and was able to negotiate the price down so that we got a good deal for the neighborhood.

Their price was reasonable. We did not use them again as we sold our house through another realtor. She was adorable as a realtor and she was great for buying, but for selling it was another issue. We would use them again as buyers and not as sellers because that did not work for us.

The specific realtor we used was great. He handles this development. The overall experience was excellent. He was prompt, responsive, and professional. I would use this provider again.

Michael was wonderful during this stressful and exciting time! We met with him and shared our wish list for our first home. We told him the area and price range in which we were looking. One week later we spent all day Saturday looking at 8 houses. Of those 8, one turned out to be perfect, but the others were very close. Every house he chose for us to look at was well within our price range, and exactly what we were looking for. Then, we began negotiating for the house. Michael advised us on how to put together an offer. He did a large amount of leg work figuring out what price per square foot we should be paying and what a reasonable offer would look like for our home. He was very responsive and in touch around the clock. Finally, we were able to negotiate a contract on the house. He met with our home inspector since neither of us were able to take time off work to do so. At every step along the way he was available to answer questions or listen to concerns we had. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Charleston area and each neighborhood we looked at. He even pulled the covenants and restrictions for each neighborhood so we could read them. I would highly recommend using Michael if you want a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional to act as your buyers agent.
