March, 2024: Bad Experience: This practice offers the fast food approach to healthcare - get em in and get em out. When you are awake enough from the procedure to move, a nurse will hand you your clothes and a written summary of the procedure, and quickly send you on your way. It will be up to you to decipher. Prior to the procedure, if you have questions, good luck getting a timely call back. If their one size fits all approach doesn't somehow work well for you, you will encounter an attitude of indifference. This current experience was very different than the one experienced 5 years ago. In the future, I will be opting for a more quality, individualized plan of care with feedback post procedure and a staff who seems to care about their patients.

Dr. Basile seemed more concerned with collecting his fee for the procedure that he performed than counseling me about the toxic substance I had ingested, which turned out to be very unusual in nature. His attitude was of total indifference to me, and my fears over identification of the poison. He said it didn’t matter what I had ingested, it wouldn’t be important to my treatment or care, but it was very important to me, as a human being. The health department would later find the poison and name it for me, but the damage was done to this relationship. There are better people to do business with, especially when you’re in a crisis.

Still in treatment, but pleased with the overall service.

Dr. Gourdin and his staff are extremely pleasant and efficient to deal with.  His nurse called with the results of my tests and to give me helpful instructions from the doctor and was very willing to answer all my questions.  I have a great deal of faith in this doctor and would highly recommend him.

It went horribly. I saw Dr. Neven Hadzijahic and he suggested a colonoscopy to get a better idea of what was going on. I am glad I had the colonoscopy because he found a pre-cancerous polyp and removed it. Two days later I was back in the hospital with internal bleading because he did not close up the wound well enough. Then, his colleague Dr. Brener was the physician treating me in the hospital. I don't know if he had a lot of people he was seeing in the hospital, but he left me in the hospital bleeding all night and all of the next day before doing anything.
After all of this I still have bowel discomfort, but I will not go back to them.

Dr. Gourdin is very pleasant.  He explained what tests he was ordering and why and scheduled a colonoscopy for me.  First available appointment was a month away but at my request his office called me when an earlier appointment became available.  He and his staff are very friendly, office is very nice, bedside manner is excellent.

When I was in college, I got very sick and ended up in the hospital.  The doctor on call who treated me was Dr Neven.  He was so caring and had such a wonderful bed side manner that I followed up with him after being discharged from the hospital.  He diagnosed me with Ulcerative Colitis and has been able to keep me in remission for the majority of the past 8 years.  When I do have flare ups (occasionally) he is on the ball and makes sure I am treated quickly and getting back to my daily routine as quick as possible.  He cares about his patients and no matter how long it's been since I've seen him, he always remembers me and what's going on in my life.  Absolutely wonderful doctor!!!!

The doctor was very professional and I was happy with his scheduling, his staff, and his general knowledge of his field.  I would, and will, use him again in the future.

My experience with Dr. Corless has been great. He helped me adjust my prescriptions from what my previous GI had recommended, and the results were positive. He has a couple of convenient offices and I never seem to have trouble working out an appointment. My only complaint would be that sometimes I spend a little extra time in the waiting room, but that is common in a doctor's office.

I'm in my 60's and have had tummy problems since my teens. I first saw Dr. Gourdin about 30 yrs ago. He did the needed procedures and gave me advice about how to take care of IBS and it worked! As long as I do what he tells me I have very little problems!
