the team was there on time and did a very minimal effort job. the floors were swept and mopped and vacuumed. they did a pretty decent job in the bathroom. I'm not sure that they even looked at the kitchen. I wrote to them afterwards and mentioned that the job done was not up to what standard should be. they sent A team out to rectify the situation and, even after the remedial cleaning, you could still run your hand over the counter and feel spots that were not addressed. I wouldn't call it an overall bad experience, but certainly not a service that I would recommend or use again

Used them for years. Certain cleaning teams are better than others, but when they're good, they're excellent. Some really know how to handle wood floors!

They do very well, especially once a team gets to know your home. I've used them in two different homes over the last 15+ years. They are even better now than in the earlier years. They stand by anything that may accidentally get damaged. I have a regular bi-weekly appointment, but if need flexibility, they have always accommodated.

I love Castlekeepers. I hired them 2.5 years ago, after my first daughter was born, to do a monthly clean of my house. I had never hired a cleaning service before, but life with a newborn meant that we were having trouble keeping up with things, and knowing Castlekeepers would be there each month was a huge stress reliever. They are worth every penny. Every person I've interacted with there has been helpful and kind, and the ladies who've cleaned our house have been lovely, and they do a great job. I'd happily recommend Castlekeepers to anyone thinking about hiring a cleaning service.

The ladies who come to clean our house have always been courteous and professional. We have used CastleKeepers for more than five years. Over that period, there have been a few issues with scheduling however no issue with the cleaning. Kendra who has been our housekeeping leader for the past year goes beyond expectation with our personal request!

I gave them ONE key for the deadbolt lock. Well, when I returned home they had locked the bottom lock from the inside. I did not have a key to this lock, therefore I was locked out! I called the office and they adamantly REFUSED to send out a locksmith to let me into my home, as I explained that I left them ONE key for ONE lock!!
Last I checked, in proper business practice, the customer was always right.
Due to their refusal to send out a locksmith, I had to call one and pay him $65.
I will NEVER use them again!!!

This company wants to make customers happy and trains their employees to fulfill. We have never had a problem with the cleaning services provided and nothing is left undone.
Prompt customer service is always available via email, phone, or walk-in.
The prices are high but the quality and service delivers.
Update: The quality of service slowly dwindled and I had to move on to a better service. I am very happy with my current cleaning company.

My husband heard their advertisements on the radio and wanted to get cleaning services for my valentines present. So he hired them to come out to do a thorough cleaning for $275. We have hardwood floors throughout. They did a nice job on the floors. The master bath was done well. But for a throrough cleaning, we continued to find areas that were left undusted, etc.
Overall, I give them a B. Had we heard from them again to follow-up, we probably would have made our report that a few areas were missed and had them back on a regular basis. But we never heard from them again. And we did not seek them out. For all of their advertising dollars, we just couldn't figure out their lack of follow-up.

I spend $85 or $95. It’s sort of an office cum residence and it’s about $2800 sq ft. They are fine. I’ve never thought of changing. They seem to do a good job. They’ve always been prompt and they’ve never let me down. I haven’t compared their prices, but they’ve had some change overs and they are fine. I would continue to use them in the future.

It's $75 each time they come and it's usally 3 people that come. I give them a check when they come. They've been with me the whole year I've been here. The price is higher than what I paid at my former residence, but it's moderate for this area.
