I am dismayed by fact that the sellers and seller agents did not disclose some very adverse locality-specific periodic flooding conditions associated with the house I bought in a transaction with them. Local law does not require them to disclose these conditions, and home buying consumers who would be protected in many, if not most real estate markets elsewhere, are not protected in this specific real estate market because of that.
