CAROLINA GUTTER CO INC

Carolina gutters advised New Leaf Builders to screw through the back of my gutters to secure the fascia. Why, I have no clue! The initial problem I had was my fascia falling off not the mount of the gutters. But nevertheless the ownership of Carolina gutters got involved and advised them to literally damage my gutters making the problem even BIGGER!!! The owner refused to call me back and the supervisor I spoke with even admitted they got involved but did not know why. Unbelievable... this company is what you would call SHADY. Now I have permanently damaged gutters and my problem is still not fixed properly! I do NOT recommend Carolina gutters.

It's been awhile ago that they installed my gutters.  I have been in this house for a year now so it could have been 8 months ago. If I had to guess I'd say April.  I think it was around $1200.  I'm pretty darn satisfied with the work but they got there late and it was raining so they wouldn't work and left so I guess I'd have to say a B even though they did a nice job installing them they were just a little bit, I'm from the north west where it rains and people not prepared for the rain and can't work you know surprised me.  I guess I'd have to go with a B.  I thought the cost was fine.  It was really, other than kind of weird on arriving late and that kind of thing, the other was pretty, so I'll let you finish, I'm good with A.  I probably would use them in the future because generally it was good so I would and if I was, I would probably recommend them to somebody because overall they were good, it's just a couple sort of customer service kind of things that I could sort around but I would still probably recommend them. 

Did what he promised and even more

Exceptional. Paula was very responsive and provided 3 different quotes. The quotes were very clear and concise. It took a bit to get them out to the house as it is a busy time of year. It took about 4 weeks before they could do the installation, but they were here on time and did a fabulous job.
Courteous and professional staff. Would definitely recommend this company.

It was not a good experience. They were supposed to put in the gutter a couple of days later after I called them and they did not and then they called me about reporting to the veterinarian instead of putting in the gutter and that is why they never put them in. And so, they apologized and said, "We will get out as soon as we can." They got out the following week and I told them that I needed to talk to them before they put in the gutter and they did not call me. So, they put half the gutter in and I called them back and they said, "Well, we will get back out there and put the other half in when we can." So, they probably got out and do the other half. In the meantime, they never called me and let me know that they were coming out. So, we were not very happy with them. Their price was the going rate for most gutter companies. Their professionalism was very low.

Had gutters installed on our new home. The guys did an excellent job on installation, answered questions I had about placement. I would definitely recommend. Paula was quick to respond on estimate, as well as scheduling install. Great job!

When I decided to put up gutters I decided to get 3 estimates. I had to ask 6 gutter companies to respond with an offer since 3 failed to even do an estimate, call back or write back. Not sure why but they never showed up. Paula at Carolina Gutters was not the first company I called but was the first one to come out and do an estimate. The estimate tied in price one of the estimates, the 3rd estimate was high. Actually, the company who maintains the termite bond on my house replied and their offer was triple in price. I discard their offer as ridiculous and not even an offer just an attempted rip off.
So in review, Paula came out ahead of the others, gave me a fair price and scheduled the work. The installers showed up when scheduled and quickly installed the gutters. I paid in full the next day. I would recommend them to anyone.

They would never give us an exact start date. He was very vague. They didn't tell us when they were coming. When they came we were gone and so they had to jump the fence. When they did put the gutters in they put them in the wrong place and crooked. The manager eventually came over and spoke with my husband. When they came back to fix it we were gone and had to jumped the fence again! I would not recommend them again. But because they put the gutters in the wrong place we ended up getting more gutters on our house then we paid for, so that did work out well for us.
