I've been meaning to write this review for a while. 
Drew (the President) came to our house for a termite quote late last year.  He ended up coming over twice (not including the treatment).
The first time Drew came over was just for the quote.  He didn't even have our business yet, yet he still ended up spending a couple hours at our house talking through all of our questions my wife and I had.  Most questions were about the termite treatment and bond, but some of the questions were related to pest control inside the house (although we weren't even asking for a quote for that and are under contract with a different company).  Drew was more then helpful.
The second time Drew came over was to sign the paperwork.  Again he ended up spending hours at our house talking to us about  the service, questions, tips for not getting bed bugs when traveling, etc.  We ended up signing up for the initial termite treatment and bond at about $700 + the annual service cost (which was about the same or a little less than other quotes, but I can't remember the exact cost).  That cost is for a 1350 sq ft house.  As part of the quote, Drew agreed to do a termite treatment around our separate shed as well.
We were out of town when the treatment occurred in December, and our friend watching the house noticed it didn't appear the shed was treated.  I called up Drew and team and without any fuss they scheduled to have the treatment done on the shed and then did it.  Not a big deal, but big to me in the sense that it demonstrates how easy this team is to work with and how they quickly resolve issues. 
We would have switched our other pest control to his team as well but are/were still under contract with a different company.  Once that contract is up we'll switch to Drew's team at Carolina Exterminating.  The prices were good and the service has been exemplary. 

This was a delightful experience. Drew, the owner of the company, made time in his day to come out to our rental property after we received a call from the tenants about termite damage. My husband and I were very concerned about the tenants and the home. Drew put us at ease. He was professional and trustworthy. He thoroughly examined the home and talked with us about a solution. He explained the type of termite issue our tenants were experiencing and reassured all of us that we caught it early.
Great locally owned company! It gave us piece of mind to know that someone would come out that quickly to help us!

I didn't know they provided this service and they told me they did.  I really really love them.  Family run business.  Very personable.  Very trustworthy.  I can speak highly enough about them.  Heather in the office is above & beyond accommodating.

I have been using Carolina Exterminating for years now.  Drew is great to deal with and really takes his line of work serious.  Nice to deal with a locally owned business that cares about your property.  I have a termite bond with the company also and my business uses them as well.  Great people.

They are prompt and effective.
