I've been going to this Carmax for about 4 years. Everytime, Dave knows me and remembers my car. He's very friendly! the work that they did as very thorough. Even though my warranty is over I will still continue to go to Carmax Auto in West Ashley.

I visited the dealership to make a vehicle purchase after having the car transfer in. The salesman was informed I was there and he came over, I had to ask about seeing the car. He did not offer me a test drive in the car and he appeared to be in a awful mood. After walking around the car, I had to ask to have the door open so I could look in it. At this point I decided I did not want to complete a deal with this young man and asked for my transfer fee to be returned and left the dealership.

I liked that they didn't pressure me. It's no hassle. If you don't like the car within 5 days, you can return it. They will help you until you're satisfied.
