CACTUS CAR WASH & DETAIL CTR

I arrived at the West Ashley location at 5:15 and was told they could only do an "express detail." My car wasn't that dirty and has leather seats so it should have been fine. The attendant was sure to let me know his ride was on the way and would have to wait for him to finish my car. They were "finished" after only 20 minutes and my car is just as dirty as when I arrived. There's still crumbs, sticky finger prints and nastiness in the console, and on the dash. The 3rd row wasn't even touched, not so much as vacuumed. The Armoral looks like it was applied by a 5 year old and is drying blotchy. A complete waste of my $75!!!

I waited over three hours for them to detail and wash my car inside and out. That included shampooing and vacuuming the carpets and upholstery and conditioning the leather interior. The car looked brand new. they even got some hard to reach stains out for me. Very happy and didn't mind waiting for three hours if it means getting results like this. I had originally planned to have SplashTek to do the job but he had too many issues and we ended up not going with him (rude staff, doesn't honor discounts advertised) anyway the point is the SplashTek company was going to charge me $160. Cactus only charges a fraction of the price for the same deal!! I will definitely come back to Cactus!

It is one of the places I like to go; it is a little more expensive but I am getting the full detail. I don't have time to clean my car out so I let people do it for me. When you pull in they help you pick out the detail package that is right for you; then they give you an estimate as to how long it will take to do it. You can wait inside if you want or they will work with you if you can't stick around so that you can pick the car up after work.

They do an excellent job. They are usually pretty quick in getting you in and out. I would say within fifteen to thirty minutes depending on what you have had done. They got a good management that really cares and they try to make sure they have good trained employees there. They have a snack machine and they offer coffee. I use them all the time.
