Roofing
Bruorton left the project site without throughly cleaning up the debris from the removal of the old roof. The resident collected 10 gallons of nails and small shingle pieces from the yard around the house. The resident was paid $100 for this service. Bruorton refused to reimburse me this amount. He broke several roof boards and did not replace or fix them. He requested his balance of payment check to be overnight mailed, which was done. But he did not pay me for this service. He removed the resident's roof satellite Direct TV antenna for installing the new roof and replaced the antenna without proper alignment. The satellite TV company had to come out and do the alignment for $119. Bruorton refused to reimburse me for this service. Now the roof has developed two leaks after only 5 1/2 years in use. Two telephone messages were left with Bruorton to inspect the roof and repair it. No response has been received.
