He even moved in his personal property to stage my residence for maximum appeal, and he secured inexpensive workmen to finish preparation. Because of this, I received four offers over asking price without contingencies in less than a week. Furthermore, without my asking, he scouted animal friendly Charleston properties that I could rent. I fell in love with a house and neighborhood that he found the day it became available, and I have been most happy here. He checked my sold property routinely prior to closing to make sure there would be no problems at closing. I have bought and sold property many times over the years, but I have never encountered a realtor as thorough, effective, and professional as Brian. I recommend him 100 %.

At our initial meeting, Brian explained the entire selling process and answered all of our questions as we were first time sellers. He was flexible and met with us on a day and at a time that worked with our schedules. He made us feel very comfortable with beginning the selling process and made us confident that we would sell our house. He let us know what was happening every step of the way and was very accessible if we had any questions or concerns. Within days of our initial meeting, our house was on the market and we started having showings. Brian always double checked with us when a potential buyer wanted to come see the house to make sure that the day and time worked with us. He would immediately let us know how the showing went and would let us know if there was something that a buyer mentioned that we should try to "fix" before the next showing. When offers started coming in, Brian gave us advice with counter offers and made us feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. Our house was sold within a week! He continued helping us through the home inspections and closing. He also referred us to a Realtor in the town which we were moving to and has followed up with us several times since we've moved.

We started our search for a realtor and we were overwhelmed. We decided to email the owner of a well known agency and he connected us with Brian. We had a different time line than most. My husband and I were set to leave on a deployment overseas. Brian met with us and got all of the details we wanted in a home. He showed us multiple houses, but we could not find one to make our home. We left for our deployment and Brian continued to search for us. He worked with my family also. With not being in the country we had to rely on Brian for eveything. Needless to say, Brian and my parents were able to find the perfect house! He guided us every step of the way, even after closing. He checked on our home after the closing and even swept our porch and changed seasonal decorations. We came back to the perfect home!
