Faucet was not shutting off completely. 

Service tech repaired parts in faucet 2.5 hours and $300.00 later recommended replacing the entire faucet set.  We asked if we could replace the faucet with the repairs he had made he agreed with no issue.   We replaced the faucet handles with their repairs which lasted one month.

We contacted Bishop and Sons three times fist contact was made within one month of repair with no response. Finally was told their repairs are not under warranty since the service tech recommended replacement.  Was told service tech could come out and explain the services he performed (not to see if the services he performed were repaired correctly) that would be another $75.00 service fee!

We also used this company once before with an outside faucet and six months later they had to return to repair again and was charged another $150.00 for the same repair. That should have been a lesson learned however since they are a 'locally owned' Charleston South Carolina company we decided to give them another opportunity.

Serviceman, Daniel or and quot;Dano,and quot; very courteous and professional. Actually called ahead to say he was running a little behind. Once he arrived, he explained everything he was doing and was going to do. The toilet and quot;rebuildand quot; was not my original request for the appointment. I noticed there were issues with a particular toilet after I had scheduled for the preventer inspection and kitchen sink replacement. I explained the toilet issues when the serviceman arrived and I told him I understood if his schedule did not allow for the additional repairs and he just said and quot;no problem.and quot; He also made an effort to explain things to my wife since she spends a lot of time in the kitchen - this was regarding the positioning and functioning of the new kitchen faucet we were having installed. This is the only plumbing company I'll ever use.

Excellent found difficult to find part

It went very well and was quick.

We can not believe the rates for installing a new faucet.

The people from Bishop Plumbing were very professional and they did a good job. They came right that afternoon after I called them. It was an excellent experience.

They're okay and I don't have anything negative to say about them. They came when they said they would and they did what they said they would do. They didn't charge anything extra, they charged the going price. I wouldn't use them again, but only because I have someone else that I know personally that I use. Otherwise, in general I would use them again.

We had a leak in the outside pipes coming from our water meter. They came the same day, dug up the area, repaired the pipes and recovered the hole. Very prompt and courteous treatment from the dispatcher to the technician. We felt the price was very fair, considering the time spent on the job and the results. They also are going to send us an estimate on rerouting the pipes, as they go under a tree at present.

They came over the same day I called, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back the next day and completed the job. They had to cut some sheetrock in my closet to access the problem and even cleaned up after themselves! Very nice.

Everything went smoothly; technician was efficient, courteous. Finished in less than an hour.

I have used Bishop and Sons for many jobs large and small. They are fair and affordable and knowledgeable.
