Binder Plumbing Repair

The work was great, we haven't had any problems since. I am a first-time home buyer and this was my first time having to search for companies myself and they did a great job and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Good. I am happy with them. The people are really nice to deal with and they are really responsive; they come quickly and they do good work.

Plumber came and did work, after 1.75 hours said he was finished. I used sink at lunchtime and water was pouring out pipes under the sink. We called the office and the owner came later that day and resolved the leaks. My husband crawled under the house to take photos for the buyers to show the work was completed BUT one of the drain pipes that had 2 broken straps was NOT re-strapped so we had to call again to have the job completed. The main drain was strapped but the previous drain was not addressed and visible from the opening of the crawl space. It took 3 visits to complete a job my husband could have easily have done but the buyer stated that work had to be completed by a licensed plumber. To the company's credit we were not charged for the 2 extra visits.

Great service. Timely response. Used this company on the advise of mother in law. I called on a Wednesday evening and the entire repair was scheduled for that Friday morning. I was not at home for the installation. I bought a new toilet and a new pedestal sink from Lowes and left them by our master bathroom and they took care of the rest. The worker was neat and timely and had any and quot;extraand quot; supplies he needed in his truck/van. Everything works and looks great and is 10 times better than our last fixtures. The repairman also loosened the knobs in our bathtub because they were too hard for the kids to turn. The only and quot;Band quot; rating I gave was for expense b/c between parts and labor the new toilet and sink all came out to over $400 (closer to $1000 if you count the cost of the toilet and sink). I do not know what is standard cost but that seemed high. Overall, A.
