Had a bad Leak on my roof close to the area where the plumbing vent pipe boot is located. Inspected area in attic and discovered that the wood was rotting. Big Bear Roofing was recommended by a coworker. Called them and they came right away and performed a thorough inspection, took pictures of the damage and Tim, the project manager, called with a reasonable quote. The crew came out early in the morning, replace the damaged area, added new shingles and replaced all new pipe boots for the whole house. Very, very impressed with their work. They were courteous, kept me updated with the progress, was super-efficient and most of all, cleaned up everything and didn’t leave a trace. Tim sent updated photos of the work performed and ensured me if I see anything I’m not happy with, to call and they will come right away. I highly recommend Big Bear Roofing
