Leon and Diane walked around the entire house with clipboard and camera and we discussed what needed to be done and what did not need painting. They send a detailed estimate reviewing what we had discussed and indicating what materials they prefer to use. The estimate was reasonable, they are fully insured, and they included over 2 dozen references. I checked several references and received glowing recommendations. Once contracted, they pressure washed the house twice. Sanded, primed, and caulked where needed and then applied two coats of paint on the trim and 2 coats of stain on the hardyplank siding. All were applied with brush or small roller. Leon and Diane spent 21 days on the exterior of my house and I got to know them pretty well over that time. They are exceptionally nice people, completely trustworthy, and take pride in doing the job properly. As a result of the job they did on my home, they were contracted by two neighbors for similar work, and my neighbors are similarly pleased.
