The house is built well and I am happy with the house. It is very energy efficient and I got a great price per square inch. The problem I have with Beazer is that I had issues with the bathtub and shower which were never resolved. The shower bottom is black where the and quot;repairand quot; for an installation issue was done poorly and the paint over the repair wore off. The bathtub in my children's bathroom was damaged prior to installation. I mentioned this to Beazer and they installed the tub anyway and said it would be repaired once installed and the damage would never been seen. I've been in the house for 4 years and see the damage every day. They also left the front yard as construction clay and just laid sod over it. The lawns in our neighborhood are horrible and many of our plants died because the water would pool up at the roots killing off the vegetation. We replaced the clay with soil ourselves at a depth of 4 feet.
The house is nice and we love our place, however make sure if you have them build your house that you go check on it daily if possible.
