Response from Bartlett Tree Experts
Member, Thank you for emailing a request on Friday April 1 (7:40pm) to remove the large hazardous Willow Oak located at the back of your home. In the email you requested we call you to set an appointment. At the beginning of the next business week, an appointment was set for Thursday, April 7, 2011. Before the appointment, I contacted you to inform you that I was unable to make the appointment because your location is not easy to accommodate given my typical service area. We discussed over the phone the condition of your tree. With your information, I was able to provide a verbal approximation of removing the tree ($2000.00). I asked if you wanted a written estimate and you said yes. I informed you that I would make a strong effort to make a site visit within a few days. You said I could stop by anytime to review the tree. I reviewed the Willow Oak on-site on Monday at 11:20am. I determined the Willow Oak was indeed very hazardous and should be removed as soon as possible. After performing a Job Site Safety Analysis, I determined the tree was unsafe to climb and a lift truck was needed to remove the tree. I then emailed you the price to remove the tree ($2289.00) along with an explanation of how the work would be provided. I am glad I was able to provide you an estimate. I hope you would able to get the tree removed safely. Thank you, Bob Longe Board Certified Master ArboristSO-5158B Local Manager
