Beware, they are not a considerate or caring business. I purchased a used car and yes I know "AS IS", but the car didn't make it home and needed $1800 in repairs. Any decent dealership would have at least offered to do something. The worst part is 5 weeks later, they didn't file the correct paperwork with my state. SO I have no title to register the vehicle. Then I tried to call and get a new temp tag and no one would do it for me. Terrible way to treat customers. I understand, though unfair, I may have to suck it on the $1800, unfairly, but I cant register my car or drive it on the road. AND THEY DONT CARE? Go to another dealer, you have so many choices.

Any time you get service there, they'll wash and clean the car, in and out. They have very good perks, so I like that. Sometimes it's too expensive and I take my car elsewhere. The quality is good. They always do the job they say they're going to do.

Recently moved to Charleston from Atlanta. Prices where competitive despite the fact that they are the only Porsche Dealer in town. Service department kept me up to date via phone calls and texts. Great Service

Baker is top notch. They had the kind of car I was interested in. They are the only Infiniti dealer in town. They are very good. Their reputation as a dealership was important as well. With regard to price, they are expensive, but they are good. I guess they are all expensive now. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They were very good. They did nice work and were quick to fix a small problem that arised with a part. Everything was cleared with the insurance and my car is back to normal.

Baker performed all the service as requested, and the price was as quoted when I made the appointment. The staff was friendly, prompt, and professional. They also provided a loaner car for no additional charge, which I think is somewhat unusual these days. We have owned at least one Infiniti since 1996 and have used Baker consistently except for occasional oil changes closer to home (Myrtle Beach doesn't have an Infiniti dealer). Their staff and service have always impressed us as being top-notch; friendly, prompt, and professional in every way. We will always bring our Infinitis to Baker Motors.

We were late for the appointment but they took us immediately and noted the concerns we had about the car.
The waiting area was very comfortable and well appointed. They kept us apprised of the progress of our car several times.
It did seem to take a long time but when we paid the bill, we got a rose. Very nice.

Service department rep was extremely courteous and attentive when i described the electrical problem. As I had an appointment later that day, I asked that the car be done by 3:30 or if not possible, that I be notified by then so i could make other arrangements. By 3:00 I had not heard and tried to call but had to leave a message. When I did not get a return call by 3:30 i called back. The car was in fact ready but now it was too late for me to get a ride there. They did immediately offer to send a car and pick me up. . The electrical issue was due to a faulty battery. $400 for a battery! But that did include instalation. A complete inspection of the car over and oil change-another $250. All in, not a terrible experience, except the pricing seems out of line, even for Mercedes.

This was my first (and last) visit to this dealer as we recently moved to the area. Service did not go well. Took over 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires, then service manager said they were too busy to wash the car. For this I paid $112.00, more than double what I paid another dealer for the same service.
Service tech left their trash in the car and then one of the clerical staff complained when I took it out and placed it on their floor . After this experience I happened to look on-line at the Better Business Bureau rating. BBB gives them an and quot;Fand quot;! Shame on me for not checking references before using this company.
Then to top it off, a few days after the crappy service someone from the dealership called to ask if they could buy our car.

They are great and they provide a convenient service. I never have to drive there as they pickup my car and deliver it back to me. The experience has been very good.

Went to make an appointment, was told that I could if I would like, but since it was just a regular oil change service to drop-in anytime on Saturday and they could have it done in an hour. I chose to drop in and the experience was great. The staff was courteous and helpful, let me know what they were doing and how long it would take. Took about 1:15, so a little longer than projected, but they washed the car as well. Price was slightly higher than a non-dealer service, however you can't beat the service, coffee, and comfortable waiting area. For me, its well worth the extra cost. I also know that if I need to make a warranty claim, having service performed by the dealership means less trouble getting things honored. I will consider taking my business elsewhere after the warranty is up, but if the service remains the same, I'll probably just keep taking it to Baker.

They do very good quality work. They are very punctual, takes care of the customers and gave me a rented car to use. They fix things the first time.

Never a problem - especially when it came to having service performed.

They were great to deal with. For example, my oil pan had gone out of my van about a month after I had purchased my van. They took it in and repaired it in no time. To my surprise, they didn't charge me a single thing. That work could have cost me upwards from $800 to $1000 anywhere else. That really impressed me. They were a joy to work with. I also really liked the fact that I didn't have to do any haggling with them on price.
