From the first phone call I made to Steve, he always answered immediately. I rarely received a voice message. He reported immediately to start work. He has a great reputation and working relationship with Melcher Tile on John's Island. This enables him to be directly involved with the selection of tile and the delivery of tile to the job. He took care of ordering and pick up for us. Most importantly, he was able to suggest the best design for the bath tile- not just the lay out but the structure of the tub surrounding area, framing up front steps instead of the dated shelf in the back of the tub. He is experienced and talented at know how to center up the tile and how to lay it throughout the room to make sure it is done perfectly. Every detail is considered to get the best overall look possible. He showed great enthusiasm throughout the project. We asked his help with other construction areas as well with amazing results. He installed a wine cabinet in our kitchen, along with stem holder. He removed soffits in the bathroom and rebuilt the ceiling, with light and fan. He has a very talented assistant that works with him on the dry wall work. He made this project for us. We couldn't have done it without him!
