 + -1 moreThis inspection could not have gone more smoothly. As I currently live in another state, I found them responsive and accommodating on the phone. They showed up, made the inspection, and kept me apprised of what was happening. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and the reasonable fee of this company. Archispec is also a member of ASHI and they have been certified by Master Inspector Certification Board.
Description of Work: This company inspected a home prior to moving in. They inspected all aspects of the house from the roof to the crawl space. I don't think they left out any aspect of the structure. Their 37-page report was extremely thorough, and they prioritized the work that needs to be done. It's also well-written and easy to understand. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
