It was very expensive.  I wouldn't have done it but I was afraid she was going to die on me.  I know it was awful expensive but they left it up to me.  You can wait and take her in the morning or we can serve her now.  I said do it now.  My cat lives and she's still alive.  She's about 20 years old.  On price, I attribute them to saving her life; I guess if you put a price on it.  They took her in after hours and they kept her and I was able to wait in the lobby.  There were other people there too.  I wasn't the only one there.  There were several people in there with their pets.  They responded right away; bring her in.

AMW has been caring for our dogs since 2001. I wouldn't even think of taking them anywhere else.

The price was more than I like to spend. It is always expensive in May. The price is very fair. I have been going there for 6 years now since we moved to Charleston. The wait time is minuscule, a couple minutes. They are very good at scheduling. The vet interacts very well. They are very kind, gentle, professional, and very very good. They are very professional and they take good care of my cats.

They have an excellent veterinary staff. They have an excellent reception staff. They are extremely knowledgeable. They have excellent equipment that can handle anything. If anyone wants a responsive, and empathetic vet anyone in that practice would work. He has been my vet for 15 years.

They are very good. I've used them several times and they have been able to fit me in without an appointment. My dog isn't very dog friendly and they are very accommodating with scheduling for us.

I had some terrible issues with the boarding services they provide. I left my dogs there over the holidays and one of my dogs has epilepsy. I received a call on the day after Christmas indicating that my dog had a seizure and had to be seen by one of the veterinarians, an expense that I was charged for upon pick up. When I picked up my dogs, I found out that the anti-seizure medication that I provided for my dog was not administered properly and I refused to pay for the veterinary services. I have not been back since, nor do I plan to go or would I recommend anyone I know use the boarding facilities.

Dr. Joy Jackson is our favorite, but all the vets in the practice are so kind and loving to our dogs.
We would NEVER go anywhere else.

Staff and vets very professinal

They take very good care of us. We love Crystal, one of the vet techs. She is awesome. The price varies from $50-75 for a quick visit (allergies) to about $150 for yearly exam - shots, exam, and either glucose curve or fructosomine (diabetes). She also takes blood pressure meds which I fill at Costco and Comfortis and heartworm meds, which I buy online - all require prescriptions.

Our visits to the vet have been informative and helpful. My lab is on a liver supplement for a month before we repeat labs. Hopefully, the results will be good and she will be med free.

From the moment I walked in the door everyone made my dog and I feel very comfortable. Got us in a room BEFORE my appointment time and were very caring with my pet. I didn't feel bullied to get things I didn't need and DR. Ross made me very aware of all of my options. They were great.

No one likes his or her pet to have surgery, but if it is necessary, you want someone you trust to do it. Dr. Hentges is thorough, caring and puts the animals well-being first. He doesn't like to stress the animal and so will only do what is necessary. During the operation on my pet, he found more than he bargained for, but performed the surgery with complete success, despite having to cut nerves to remove the tumor. He provided a number for us to reach him over the weekend if we needed to and was careful to follow up on his progress. My dog has had a complete recovery and even has some of that puppy back in his old self. The staff is always friendly and courteous and Dr. Hentges always takes the time to explain everything to you about your animal and answer your questions. The other doctors in the facility are just a courteous, capable and thorough.
