+ -1 moreWe use Tom Fath on all our contracting needs on our home. Like always, he did a first class job. His work crew are the best. They are dependable and do what they say they will do. His foreman, Mike, is simply wonderful, very responsive to what we wanted and to what changes we wanted to make. They keep the worksite very, very clean and neat. He is very reasonable for the quality work he does. He has done many other projects for us as well. He also has done many jobs for my siblings some very major renovations. Our entire family are very, very pleased and would highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Tom Fath's crew completely rebuilt our large screen porch. He removed the flooring and subflooring and repaired/replaced rotten joists. He then replaced subflooring and floor. He removed the 4" x 4" posts holding up the roof with 6" x 6" posts and then put in new doors, hardware and screens. He has also done many other projects for us over many years.

+ -1 moreHe is prompt, courteous, and professional. He and his work crew have worked together for years, and they do a wonderful job. He communicates about timelines and does the job quickly. The work is of the highest quality. He will not try to sell you a job that you don't need and will recommend other contractors or businesses to do jobs that he does not do. Everyone he has recommended has been good. He has done remodeling for us over the years, and I keep going back to him because he is reliable and honest.

Description of Work: We did two remodeling jobs with him. One in 2004 and one in 2007. He added on a huge living area with a kitchen and a master bedroom with a walkin closet.
