"[member name removed] came to our shop as his a/c did not work. We installed a new a/c clutch and the air worked fine when he left. About a week later he came back as the car was not blowing any air. Our shop found the a/c was working just no fan. We replaced the blower resistor and it worked fine. [member name removed]has been back to our shop for oil changes/maintenance since we did the a/c work. He never told us anything. All his labor and parts were under warranty. If there was a problem he should have told us. We would have fixed it."
