Prompt, professional and friendly! Came on time and did a wonderful job on the house. Technician was super nice and meticulous. Loved that he took his time and didn’t try to rush through just to get out of here. I have used this company for years and years and would highly recommend them to anyone! Always a wonderful job and we are always very, very happy! We have a very large exterior home with rafter tails on first and second floor which require a lot of work!

Excellent work. Zachery arrived on time, was very professional, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I was impressed with the company and made arrangements for them to come back on a recurring schedule.

They don’t do painting. I’m not sure why Angies list recommends them for paint services when they don’t do it.

The crew arrived on time, worked diligently and performed an excellent job. Our porch went from looking grimy two brand new! They did this all while being careful not to damage any of the painted surfaces. Bottom line: professional team and excellent work.

Derek and the crew from Ambassador did an exceptional job. I really didn't know what to expect since we've never had a roof cleaned. It was well worth the price charged. Our roof looks like new and they also cleaned our skylights which hadn't been cleaned in 12 years.

They gave a very fair bid. We had to deal with them from out of town. They showed up, they did the work. It looks great. Very good company to work with.

Ambassador Window Cleaning and Maintenance came to pressure wash my townhouse and did an excellent job. The vinyl siding looks fresh and clean. They also cleaned my porch, which required moving furniture. Everything looks great and was put back in good order. This was especially nice since I was not able to inspect the job until later in the afternoon after they had moved on to another job.

Arrived at appointed time. Woork was completed promptly and professionally with no problems. Josh was very personable and friendly. Completely satisfied with the job.

Pressure washed house, patio, deck and driveway. Cleaned gutters and placed leaf guards on some. Estimate received was higher than some, but not the highest. Technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and delivered a spotless cleaning. I was very pleased with the results.

Ambassador Window Cleaning and Maintenance did not do such a great job. They destroyed part of the yard. They put something about three feet wide on the grass and burned the grass. He's re-seeded that for us. But then, he tore the gutters and I had to have somebody else come and fix the gutters and to get the mildew off that he left. They did not work out well. He never got back to me for like two days at a time. I'd leave a message and wouldn't hear back from him until two days later. The gutters were falling down. They unhooked them. We told him we had someone else coming to take the rest of the mildew off and to fix the gutter.

I called and lm. got callback same day. estimate day after, once they looked at house. Service began on time, was thorough, and the man took the material he had removed with him. All good.

Called directly and was greeted with professionalism and courteousness. Was just departing business and stated he would go to my home for a walk-around and provide a call back later with the estimate. Received callback on a Tuesday and service work was scheduled for the very next morning. All work performed was exceptional! Will most definitely utilize again!

They have done work for me in prior years, and I've always been very pleased. This year, however, they didn't clean the shutters on the front of the house, or the small kitchen window that juts out from the house. They cleaned all the 2nd story gutters, but missed the 1st story gutter off the garage. I brought this to their attention via email, and didn't ask them to come back out to the house since it was minor stuff. However, I did expect some sort of response from Kenneth, which I didn't get. On the plus side, they did a great job on all the concrete, including getting minimal amounts of grit in the pool.
