We are a small business servicing a broad area contracted out by most major manufactures for tvs with a staff of 7 personel performing all aspects of running primarily a tv & audio repair shop. We do offer a wide range of other items for repair as well, call for specific details.

We are a Warranty repair Station for Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Sharp, Philips, Vizio, Mitsubishi, Pioneer, Sanyo, Funai, JVC, Hitachi, ect. Established in 2001, conveniently located in West Ashley, we provide in home & in shop repair for in or out of warranty units with our expert technicians having a combined total of over 50 years experiance in servicing the tri-county area. They had to have a part shipped to fix the part that failed. I had asked them later if the part fixed it, but they said they never received the part. I asked if they called the company to see if the part was shipped. They found the part was shipped, but to the wrong address. They finally got the part in, but it did not fix the problem. They said they did not know what was wrong.
Through the whole experience, they were very unprofessional, and their communication was terrible. They never called me to update me on the repair, and it took almost 2 months to get the TV returned.
