All American Gutter Protection

Did not care for the salesman, but knew this was national company. Salesmen used high-pressure tactics. Gave me quote and told me the price was only good now and would be more once he drove away! I had told him I was waiting on quotes from other companies and I would let him know later. When he saw I that I was not going to buy gutters immediately, he offered the same price if I contacted him within a certain timeframe. The installers were nice (subcontractors hired by company). When they went over the job before beginning, it was not what the salesman had told me. Long story short, there was a section that was not included in price. I spoke to the salesman and he wanted $350 more to do that section. This was his error when he wrote up the order. We discussed exactly where the gutters were to go. I would not recommend this company based on my experience with this awful salesman.

After 2 cancelation the job was completed. Told it would take 2/3 hours, they finished about 6 hours later. Ha a lunch break and then left to find a proper piece they were missing. Cleaned up the next morning. When the old gutter came down, so did half a shrub and a garage light. They repaired and continued. Overall, job looks good.

My husband is please with the replacement of our gutters. Our sale person Mr. Kerr was easy to work with. The price was reasonable, too. We live in Michigan, and unfortunately, I can't find a write review link for our state. The weather and the pandemic caused a couple of hiccup, but they were resolved immediately.

There are still some issues that have not been settled.

Next day installation. It was a relief to have the gutters cleaned and covered so I don't have to worry about them. Installation took about 2 hours. I definitely recommend. They did what they said they were going to do. The installer asked multiple times if it was up to my expectation. He gave me his cell phone and said call me with any problems. I'm always in this area and I can come over to fix it.

I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence.

The installation experience was exceptional. The product, like it's major competitor, Leaf Filter, is expensive. We now know that the popular water tension gutter covers of 10 years ago are not up to snuff. Only time will tell if this solution has long term benefits. we love our Oak tree so we're willing to take that chance.
