"At first meeting client ask us to make a shutter that would not be approved by City of Charleston. Client did not want to hear this, they reluctantly agreed to style the city would approve. Yes we painted, but did not charge client, we did so the wood was protected from raw elements. As it relates to hardware, we often have to make adjustments for installation. Each job is custom in nature, as clients want their shutters close for storm protection. It's unfortunate that we did not meet her expectations"
