Brian was amazing, very professional, and provided wonderful results. WE are now challenging him to another unit where the tenant left it a disaster! i am sure from the first unit he cleaned with perfection, that he will do a wonderful job and save the carpet in the second unit.

Time to dry was 6 hours, twice as long as expected.

Affordable Services was great. They confirmed the time with me on the morning of the cleaning and arrived on time. They did an excellent job. And with the coupon offered at the time, the cost was very reasonable.

They did a very good job. They were on time and professional.

We purchased a discount from an online vendor and then contracted for these people to do our home.  They did a marvelous job and we could not have been happier.  They moved all furniture that needed to be moved and put small pieces of wax type paper under the legs until the carpet dried.

We found this company on Groupon.  They had an amazing deal online for home carpet cleaning.  Of course, we needed more rooms done than the offer provided, so we called them for an exact quote.  Their quote was reasonable and we liked that it was a small owner/operated company.  They did a fantastic job and I could not have been more pleased.  I will definitely use their services again.

Service was early to appointment to clean the carpets. I had moved out so I did not see final result. But landlord indicated the carpets looked good.
I had them pick up an area rug and take it to their facilities for cleaning and shaking out the dirt. The rug had been at a beach house so it was good to have this done prior to moving it into a new home. Rug looked good, was repaired and delivered for resonable additional fees.
I did not compare vendors to see if rug cleaning was a competitive price. 
Only issue was miscommunication on the delivery address of the area rug as the technician went to the old address I moved out of. It would have been better if they confirmed the address with me over the phone or via email to avoid going to the wrong address. Fortunately I moved only 5 minutes away so it was about 30 minutes late due to the lag time of receiving a call at the wrong address and going to the correct one. 

The appointment scheduling was easy and I didn't have to wait long for the appointment.  They were on time, did a very thorough job, my carpets look great.  They were friendly, professional and took their time.  I've used other similar companies but feel like these guys cared more about their work, how it looked, and whether I was satisfied than others I've used.

Affordable Services arrived at the stated time and quickly and efficiently cleaned our pet stained carpets. Brian was very courteous and professional. This is a great company.
