Doug could not have been better to work with. He is truly one of the NICEST, most sincere people I've had the pleasure to meet. Doug and his crew did a top notch job on my project and also did a small job for my neighbor on the same day. Doug was always accessible via phone, prompt and courteous. I was given a timely and accurate estimate and everything went like clockwork. I would hire him 1000X over and my neighbor was pleased as well. This man has my business for life.

Douglas Waring and his crew did an outstanding job. I called Mr. Warring to give me an estimate to add to our existing driveway and a pour a 10x12 patio. I had received a estimate from another contractor. Mr. Waring's price was over 5000.00 dollars less. The job included removing some existing shrubbery and removing 2 tree stumps. He and his crew came out and cleared the area and set the forms on the first day. Second day, Mr. Waring and his crew arrived at 7:30 and shortly after the concrete truck arrived. Mr. Waring was on site the whole time,directing his crew, making adjustments where necessary. There were some issues with the existing driveway cracking under the weight of the truck. No problem. Mr. Waring took it in stride,removed the damaged area and repaired it. Overall smooth processs. Before noon everything was complete. Very happy with Mr. Waring and his work. Will likely use him again.

Started and completed as agreed, minimal damage to existing lawn and landscaping. A total of 28 yards of concrete. The rains have been and gone--and it drains. Professional job--start to finish. A satisfied customer--I'd hire Doug and his operation again.

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Affordable Concrete. Douglas showed up on time to give us a quote which was reasonable. His rate was maybe $100 more than a competitor. However, given his punctuality and great reviews we chose to go with his company given all the great reviews.

We did have to book him a month or so in advance as he was booked, which we took as a good sign. Douglas and his crew showed up on time and called the day before to confirm the time he was going to start work on extending our driveway. 

I highly recommend using Affordable Concrete and will hire them again in the future for any concrete jobs. This company is very professional, reliable, and does quality work. A+++

He did a wonderful job, the people that built the shed told me he really did a great job!

After making several phone calls to get estimates on concrete work, we decided to go with Doug and his team at Affordable Concrete. During the survey of the work site he knew exactly what to do and said it would only be a few days to complete the work. Doug's team took 1 day to complete all prep work. (arrived at 8am and left at 6:30pm) After prep work we had to wait on the inspection to be completed by the county. After approval from county, Doug and his team came at 7:30 to start pouring the concrete. All concrete was completed within the day. He smoothed out slab while matching the expansion of driveway perfectly. Doug and his team cleaned up trash and moved all extra piles of dirt around the base of the slab. Doug did a great job and he even did work for some of our neighbors. If we ever need concrete work done again, Doug will be who we call.

The owner of this company Doug Waring is a great guy to work with.  He has a good crew and works right along with them.  They all work well together, like a well oiled machine! The job went exactly like Doug said it would and came out beautiful.  I can't say enough about how pleased I was with the whole experience.  Thank you Doug!

It went very well.  Mr. Waring came to my home and gave me an estimate cheaper than other concrete companies.  His crew was on time, worked hard, and did a great job on the driveway and sidewalk.  The job took two half days.

Mr. Douglas Warring is professional, customer focused, and extremely skilled in his concrete work.  The results prove this out.  We are absolutely pleased with the newly poured driveway and front walkway.  Douglas returned my initial call on the same day and within hours provided an estimate.   Based on a very fair price on that same day, we agreed on a date to do the work and moved forward with the project.  Rainy weather became an issue on the planned date, but Douglas expertly worked around a very tight window to accomplish the work within just two days off the original date.  He and his team took special precautions by using plastic sheeting to cover both the prepared ground on the first day and the poured concrete on the second day.  From our very first contact with Mr. Warring, we were impressed.  He clearly displays a level of confidence in his work and his team, as well as a clear commitment to keep his customer's interests in mind.  Several times, he asked me for feedback to ensure he was delivering the end result that we wanted.  If I had questions or concerns, he addressed those directly and made on the spot adjustments.  I increased the scope of the original plan and Doug was eager to work with me to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. 

Mr. Warring's constant presence and command of the work was impressive, and the team performed expertly.  Some team members had decades of overall concrete experience and it was clear that they had years of experience working with each other to produce excellent results.  I highly recommend Mr. Douglas Warring and his business, Affordable Concrete Work and Repair.  I have plans for additional concrete work that we have already discussed.  Douglas, thank you and your team for your expert work and making a tough project an enjoyable experience. 

I must say Douglas and his crew exceeded my expectations. They were at the job site on-time and finished it fast.  He is easy to communicate with and available. He was flexible.  Also, his guys were nice and professional.  One thing I was impressed with was how clean they left the job site. The concrete looks beautiful and is very well done. He was here when he said that he would be here, they were very professional and the job is excellently done.  It was done in a timely matter and all was cleaned up when done.  We couldn't have ask for better service than what we got from this company.  Thank you Mr. Douglas Waring.

Doug and his crew exceeded expectations and left me with a beautiful finished product. Don't waste your time with other, high priced concrete contractors. He was half the cost of my next lowest bidder.

Doug showed up on time for the estimate and we agreed on price and set the date to do the work. That day he showed up at

7:30 AM with several guys and went to work preparing the site. They worked for twelve hours that day getting ready for the pour the next day. Second day showed up at 7:30 AM and started pouring, always making sure they had everything the way I wanted it.

After three concrete truckloads they were finished around 5:00 PM that day. They worked hard, did a great job and got it done quickly. I was very impressed with Doug and his crew. They are good hardworking people and I would highly recommend them.

Mr.Waring and his crew did an excellent, professional job in repairing my driveway. His price was more than fair. He arrived promptly on the day he indicated that he would be at my house.

I think I described this in the previous section. Start to fnish, it was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Waring.

Very pleased with the work. Ensured all empty space under the driveway and around the sump pump were full of cement. Cleaned everything up before leaving.

The driveway cracked. Everybody was friendly. I had no trouble. We just asked him to come back and fix it. He did a good job with all of the things he was supposed to do. The concrete he ordered messed up. I think he should've graded the foundation better. The cement itself cracked. He did a great job.

I had fractured my back in 3 places and was unable to check the work thoroughly. This Spring, I went out to do yard work and I saw that they put down slabs of cement and just covered it with dirt. The cement is so bad, that you can't walk on it barefoot. I now have to hire someone else to take care of it.

I needed an addition to my patio and I contacted Doug for an estimate. He came to my house to take a look at what I needed, he provided an estimate and set a date for when the work could be done - which was three days from the day of the estimate. The day they were scheduled to come out it rained, so his team came out the following morning and completed the work by lunchtime that day. They were very efficient with their work. The patio looks great, I would definitely use Doug again for any concrete work that I need done and I would recommend him to anyone I know that needs work done.
