Very well they are good at what they do and we have never had a problem. I recommend them they replaced the whole system when our old one went. We were and are still very happy with there service.

The house was still not cooling well and I tried to get them to come back out several times. The person I was dealing with was Spencer. I am told he is the head of the Heating and Air division. It took about a week in the hottest time of the year to get him back out. He said it was because there were broken windows in the house and there were two which I had fixed immediately. When I finally got him back out he said it needed a booster fan in the system so I said put one in. That took another week or two. He finally did and it was somewhat better. It still did not work well so I went under the house and found VERY sloppy work on the NEW ducts. One was actually propped up with a cardboard box!! It eventually fell of and was blowing cold air into the crawl space. This deteriorated to the point where Spencer was rude to me on the phone, and finally would not call me back. I asked several times to speak to the owner and was never allowed to . I don't know if the owner ever got the message or not. I would definitely not hire this company for any work on my house.
