Thousand dollars here and then there added up to considerable amounts.  Budgets were continually overrun even though Carton assured me that the cost would not increase ANYMORE.  The total array of maintenance headache plants plus the mismatched sizes were redone by a Professional landscaping company in Jan. 2013.  Carton and his crew can do basic landscaping but any major work is out of his and his company's league.

What started out as simply removing old shrubs and then replacing the entire yard with alkalies escalated.  Thousand here and then another kept growing.  Each time I asked if that was going to be it, Carlton assured me the cost would be no higher.  I take partial blame for not being more hands on instead of just trusting Carlton.  I took him at his word instead of getting the entire project written 
out along with prices.

He showed up on the agreed date and was finished on time.

Very good communication skills!  Do not be afraid to ask questions!!

He will answer everything.

I would recommend him highly and plan on using him again
