Landline Phone Service
They started off at $32 but they keep going up without adding anything to it. I would use them again because I have a landline and I live in a hurricane area and that is the only reason I keep the landline. That was the only thing working when we had one incident. They could provide better customer service.

Phone Service - Cellular
Been with AT&T for wireless services for 8+ years, using them for voice, text, data, etc. Was very happy with the service when we lived in Cumming, GA. Despite it being a good ways out from Atlanta, i still had great voice and data coverage.
We moved to Mt. Pleasant last year, about 15 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC. I had a reasonable expectation that AT&T's wireless coverage would be at least decent, considering we live in a major metro area. However, we barely got ANY wireless signal from our house (not even E, much less 4G or LTE). Constant dropped calls, and terrible call quality.
I complained about this in one of the AT&T retail stores and was told my options were to: deal with it, buy an in-home cell booster from them for the discounted price of $100, or leave and pay early termination fees.
I wasn't inclined to deal with it. I also was not inclined to pay AT&T for additional hardware THEY should provide to actually deliver the service I'm already paying for. Especially considering I've been a long time customer and combined with Uverse services I was paying them $300+ a month. Imagine my delight in finding out that my loyalty was not worth a $100 cell booster.
So I switched to T-Mobile. Got upgraded phones, a better data plan, and a free cell booster for my house to ensure i always have good call quality. And they paid my early termination fees. All for less than what my AT&T wireless bill was monthly.
