Mr. Gosnell responded to my phone call very promptly. He came to my house when he said he would. You don't even have to be home when he comes. He knows what he is supposed to do and does it very efficiently. When he was finished with the job he told me that if he had inadvertently missed anything, just give him a call and he would come back and fix it. Because of the all the debris from the trees, it can be hard to clearly see all the roots that need to be removed. I was totally satisfied with his job and would get him again in a heartbeat. I would totally recommend him to anyone.
